President Li Hua Visited the USA and Signed Agreement with WOU |

On the invitation of Western Oregon University, our school¨s USA visiting group headed by President Li Hua paid visits to and received warm welcomes from Western Oregon University and California State University-Fullerton. During the visit, President Li Hua talked and signed cooperative agreement with Dr. John Minahan, |

president of WOU, and at the same time, the visiting group had talks with principals from College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, College of Education and International Office of WOU and both sides exchanged their ideas about their cooperation. Then the visiting group visited California State University-Fullerton and talked with principals from the internationaloffice over the project of visiting-scholar exchanges and trainings. The visits to the 2 universities in the USA and the signing of the cooperation will develop between our university and universities in the USA the joint training of ＾2+2￣ students and the exchange of visiting |

| scholars. The special students in our university will have opportunity to take undergraduate courses in and get bachelor degrees from these two universities in the USA in their last two years¨ university study. Other exchange programs will be under development.On way of this visiting, the group also visited Harvard University,Massachusetts Institute of Technologyand Stanford University. | ||
| This visit of President Li Hua is the first essential intercourse with American universities and opened a new intercourse area of our university with universities in Europe and America. |
